Homebase Pantry is a personal household management application that helps you track pantry and food inventory, plan meals, manage recipes, monitor seed inventories, build shopping lists, and use AI-assisted features powered by Anthropic's Claude API. The Service is intended for personal, household use only.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Homebase Pantry offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Rootcraft to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to parse receipts, suggest meals, generate recipes, and categorize items. You acknowledge that:
You own all data you enter into the Service (inventory items, recipes, meal plans, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Rootcraft a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and handle your information.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content created by Rootcraft, is owned by Rootcraft LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ROOTCRAFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Homebase Pantry is a household management tool and is not a substitute for professional nutritional, medical, or food safety advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOTCRAFT LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROOTCRAFT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROOTCRAFT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine is harmful to other users or to the Service. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above and, for material changes, provide notice via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Idaho.
